Return Policy

Returns

All purchases are returnable within 30 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, you can contact us using the form on our Contact page. Please include the original order number and provide a reason for your return and any images that may support any damage claims, if necessary.

Once received and accepted, instructions on how and where to send your return will be provided. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Exchanges

If you would like to make an exchange, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
